old school dancing?

hey yeah well ive only been in the scene for almost a year now so im still kinda a newjack but in my hometown theres mainly just a big metalcore scene here only to hardcore bands so the only dancing i see here is like windmill stuff but my friend has been into hardcore for like 5-6 years and he says that he has a friend who dances like old shool and that its alot better then all the swinging your arms around and stuff....so i was just wandering what he was talking about like what does that older style of dancing consist of cuz the way he was describing it it made it sound a whole lot better then all the stuff i see

old school is fun theres still alot of windmilling, spinkicks, punches, people getting beat up but you ever heard of gorilla biscuits??? dude just go to a hardcore show somtime you will see the works just respect the scene its alot meaner than metalcore scene talk at you later broham
