Finally found a good local music store called Sanity with all the music I need. I'm soon to go out and grab 3 albums, I have so far decided I may get an ablum from each of Gorilla Biscuits, Judge and Youth of Today.
But just for the sake of it and to see everyones opinion, out of the bands listed below what 3 bands (and album if you wish to add.) would you recommend for a first time BUYER of Hardcore music.
List-
Have Heart
Blue Monday
The Answer
Gorilla Biscuits
Uniform Choice
Ensign
Judge
7 Seconds
Champion
Youth of Today

minor threat discography would be one of my first purchases at this point. The gb start today and youth of today break down the walls.

Moving in 5 weeks now, >< I sooo need to find myself a job yet I'd hate to work in fast food, I got the job for Mac Donalds but never showed up. So yep yep.
Thanks for the opinion SgtD, I really like what i've heard of Uniform Choice so i'll most likely get an album of theirs as soon as I can.

project x was only a 7" so I wouldn't be searching it out if it was one of the first things I was going to buy. ssd put out a bunch of bad stuff, and that's the easiest to fine, so I wouldn't include them either, same with dys.

ok, let me narrow it down then. ssd-the kids will have their say, dys-brotherhood are great.
i still would recommend project x, because it just got repressed, and came out on cd as well, so it is easy as pie to get it

Someone said the Judge discography, I second that. I actually just picked that up the other day and it's really good. (fav. song is New York Crew)

the only thing that sucked a bit is the fact that they some songs appear a few times(it's different versions though).New York crew is my favorite too,but i don't like"when the levée breaks"

because neither are good enough for a first time buy. both bands were good but there are a ton more records that should be gotten before you get to them. and integrity were shit.

Miles Away is a good Austrailian band and try The Suicide File. Don't know. I'm not as experienced as some of you guys are in hardcore (that's cuz i'm only fourteen)

lifetime!
they have a new 2-disc out with most of their songs. (Somewhere In The Swamps Of Jersey)
i only have one good record store around here and it's slightly overpriced, but i find ordering from revhq.com or directly from the label works best for me. don't know if this is an option or if you want to do this, but you will save a lot of money. i would have saved a fortune had i started ordering online earlier! distros are nice, too!
