Well, idk about all those places, but here in morristown vintage stores have tons of cool stuff to get for cheap. And also, look through magazines over there that are kinda underground, like Alternative Press, they always have good ads for underground clothing lines. I'd check there.

if you cant find a store or clothing, you can always try to make your own t-shirt with spray paint and a stencil, it might not look as good at your first trys, but it will add more 'sentimental value' to the shirt... cause you made it

thunder lizard does bands shirt reprints. it ships worldwide, but straight sam wanted austrian/german shops, so i don't know

go to www.trashmark.com.There's plenty of good hardcore and punk bands,even sxe bands like champion,slapshot...they sell all sort of accessories too,like belts buckles,beanies,caps,wristbands...
