i have a problem, for some reason i have lately become very (for lack of a better word) selfish in my beleifs. i have not always been sxe but i did make the commitment to be poision free. the problem is i am finding my self getting very angry and frustrated with people i know even my girlfriend who smokes cigarettes. its slowly building inside of me and i know im going to pop one day. anyone who has felt this way and can give me some advice on what they think would be great thanx

you have 2 choices though. either don't be around people who aren't sober/straight or learn to accept that everyone has their own lives and choices to make. You can't force someone to be sober or believe what you want them to. You need to spend some time thinking about why you're feeling the way you do and why you're angry now.
