as in the soft american drink, It has no stimulants in it (caffeine etc)

some has caffeine in it, but the vast majority don't. there aren't any stimulants in most root beers.

yea, Ive seen that at public resteraunts(sp?) they tend to serve non caffeinated Root beer. I dont know why though =O
