02-02-07 Washington DC: 2336 hrs. What a night. Got to the Govinda Gallery with Ian at 1800 hrs. Susie J freaked out when she saw me. Soon after, people started showing up. All of the Teen Idles were in the same room at the same time! I don’t know if I have seen that since the 80’s. They got together for a group shot and I got some photos of them. We also got a photo of all of them with me in the shot as well. John Stabb of GI was there, Guy Fugazi, Brian Minor Threat, Eddie Rites of Spring, Ian Make Up, Dante Black Cat, Danny Ingram, it was so great to see all these people at once. After it was all over, Ian and I walked back up to the old neighborhood. One of the best nights in a long time. I was so glad to be there for Susie J and to be in the same place as Susie and Ian on this night. Her book, Punk Love, turned out great.
