Does anyone know of any media articles that cast straight edge in a bad light? I need some to rip apart in my coursework! ^-^

haha all of them! Geraldo did a pretty awful one, and there was a book called "Punk more than just Noise" which had a pretty terrible sxe section.

There is alot of stuff about straight edge gangs in Atlanta around the time of the Olympics lol.

basically speaks of straight edge being put on a list for terrorism, violence threats for salt lake city. I am still trying to find the link I had which was an interview with a cop blaming edge kids for mass assaults and violence etc in atlanta 96 as well as other high profile things.

Oh ok thanks for the correction, the interview was probly fake then. I cant remember where I found it exactly.

I found this piece of paper at school about Alcohol Counselling and Rehab courses... Guess hwat the main picture was?

A posing Sraight Edge kid chugging a 3L bottle of white rum.

The qoute stated that Edge kids were a gang of 'drunken launderers' out to terrorize teachers and students at thier local school.
