Pc acting gay

Well just as the title says my pc Is acting gay I don't know If any of ya are computer experts here but here It goes the problem Is every time I watch or listen to streaming video or music It will only play half way and when I try to download a file It will also go half way then just stop and last everytime I use my messengers for a bit It will like stop I'm really stomped here Its happened to me before but I dont know how It got fixed and I installed a fresh copy of Windows Xp like 2 months ago and It's starting to piss me off well I hope someone know what the problem Is.

Firstly try a forum that dsicusses computers and troubleshooting as the main part of their discourse. Secondly avoid using peoples sexual preference as something that synonmously describes a something faulty, broken or defective. And finally provide more information about the actual problem - more information makes it easier, sounds like it could be a connectivity issue.
