I know caffeine is a drug, but what about decaf? I had some today, which I normally don't do. And it didn't do anything. I was like a little jittery, but i don't feel too energetic. What are your thoughts? Thanks.

there's not enough caffeine present in decaf coffee or tea to have any affect on you.

No I don't drink fruit juice. Well, I do drink those naked drinks. I normally just drink tons of water/gatorade/tea(decaf of course), but mostly water. Yes, I do eat bread, and whenever I eat rice, I use soysauce.

Its not "that type" of sports drink. Its all about keeping you hydrated...apparently better than water. I like it.

Cool, I always just assumed Gatorade was packed full of sugar and caffeiene kinda like Lucozade or Red Bull or something. I'll need to give it a try.
Ed, have you noticed Gatorade this year has become much more available in like alot of stores?

sugar yes, caffeine no.
Cool.
I just found this on the Gatorade website, they have a whole list of FAQ's about Gatorade -
Does Gatorade contain caffeine? Why not?
Gatorade does not contain caffeine because caffeine is a diuretic, increasing urine production and adding to dehydration. That's why rehydration is much better with Gatorade than with caffeinated colas.

I think its really weird that we refer to drinks like red bull as sports drinks!
yeah i noticed that i can now pick it up in a tesco metro. But it still seems pretty meager when you look at the how many varieties are available in the US.

Some people would refer to Red Bull as a sports drink. Even on the Gatorade FAQ they refer to Red Bull as a sports drink.

you completely missed the point. does the soy sauce effect you at all? Do you use paper money, ever? There are trace amounts of drugs on most paper currency.

lipton does one, twinnings does one. it should be fairly easy to find in any grocery store with a decent tea selection.
