I won't answer your question, but I will make the following statement.

caffeine is a drug, it's just a more common and socially accepted one than alcohol, marijuana, nicotine, etc but it doesn't have any properties or characteristics that make it any different than any other drug.

That being said, because I'm against the use of recreational drug use I avoid things with amounts of caffeine large enough to effect me, the same as I avoid things with enough alcohol or similar substance.
