One of my own creations includes ramen:

2 broken ramen packages (throw out the seasoning-I'm allergic)
2 T margarine/soy butter/butter
1.5 C mixed veggies
Pepper to taste
Cook the noodles and veggies together
Drain
Mix butter and pepper together

For protein, add some white or black beans.

For more filler, saute some sliced potatoes.
