Where to find other substance-free people

Hey I'm new. I'm 17/high school, anyway everybody here (Long Island, NY) either drinks or smokes weed or does both, or even worse. The people who don't are really nerdy NO OFFENSE to anyone who is, but I can't get along with these people. They think I'm not nerdy enough for them, and they're all anime-loving weeaboos again NO OFFENSE to anyone who is but they just don't like me. So where can I find other people like me?

You might find friends when you stop judging people like a dumb ass. Seriously, saying no offense doesn't make things OK. If someone is nerdy, so what? They might still be a great person and a potentially great friend. If someone likes anime, so what? They might be into some things you are into as well?
