I had a delicious lunch yesterday. Completely unknowingly, I ingested something called a "beer brat." It apparently contains 2% Miller Lite or something. It was a family lunch my mom laid out so I can claim myself unknowing, but at the same time I could have done some research to know what I was eating.

intention and knowledge is (for me) most important.. i was painting doorframes the other day and the respirator wasn't perfect.. I was little dizzy, yet I don't think I broke edge.. be cool..

No you didn't. Those brats add flavor. When you cook them, the alcohol will evaporate out of the brat and the beer itself will add the flavor. Good question.

not really. the alcohol doesn't really evaporate. some does but most doesn't. now, whether or not knowingly consuming food cooked with alcohol is ethically in line is a different thing.
