I have serious acne for yrs now & my mom recommended some neutrogena products. she prolly forgets of my sXe lifestyle but doesnt want 2 admit it.IDK what 2 do... i do want clearer skin but dont wanna stab sXe in the heart.

What is the problem with taking skin care products to aid your skin condition?

you can try drinking a lot (!) of water, eating watery fruits (as in watermelon :-) ) and using fewer milk products if you don't want to take prescription drugs and want to have your skin clean.. and don't use soap on your face, just wash it with water and clean it gently with tissue.. but hey, I believe that is definitely not against your sxe lifestyle to take prescription drugs if you suffer a disease they suppose to cure, anyway...
