We have to make a blog for school, wordpress etc. We first make the design in photoshop and then the teachers have to approve it.
Now what I wonder is, will they approve this ?

Here's my blog that I handed in earlier today. It needs some fixes but this is what will be evaluated.

Just has some test posts, others will follow soon.
haha, i like it!!... it seems kinda "unfinished" to me (or unpolished), maybe that's just my professional deformation

I can't say you're not right. Too bad I didn't have more time.
i like the look of it... i wouldnt change the layout at all!

no, i didn't try to say that there's anything wrong with the design.. the feeling i get from it can be easily from the fact, that's it's not a "living site".. i get similar feelings from my own design, which are not yet fully dynamic, too..

It's fully dynamic, just need to make some decent posts !
it looks much better now with tags, comments, etc.. one final thought.. what about sticking a part of the footer below the main textarea.. ehm.. simply said- something like #footer{padding-top:"-2/3_of_height";} .. ?

Tried it all, footer won't move. It's a background image btw.
Is a negative padding even possible ?
of course it is, i'm using it in "faux columns" technique...
edit: sorry, i must be tired.. of course it is not.. i was talking about margin-top .. however on your side it could be done with position:absolute and some tweaking..
