So, I had a little debate with guys from my school who smoke.

They told me that I'm homosexual (lolwut?), so I responded telling one of them that she was a fat drug-addict. She didn't understand why, so I told her that nicotine, caffeine and alcohol are narcotics. All of the "smoking-gang" disagreed.

Okay, the law here in Finland does not say that they are narcotics, but pharmacologially they are, yes? Or, at least "same as narcotic".

Opinions and stuff, please ^^

I would say that nicotine is not a narcotic.

I don't think your response was very clever to the girl, i mean do you find the fact she mistook your sexual orientation such an offensive thing? Really? But whilst nicotine may not be a narcotic it is still a drug, you just need to understand that not all drugs are narcotics.

Not really offensive, but it gets annoying if you hear it five times a day.

yeah, but now you have showed them that you get annoyed...now they know what to do to annoy you. Keep it in mind next time and play it smarter!
