Well this makes me sad.. lol

My cousins dog, this was debated but most likely an accident, was tied to a tree with a long rope so it can run around the yard but no escape and I guess there was a small cliff and he was found hanging :(

Mine too. He would crawl over a low fence to slip out of his collar. It was a sucky 4th of July.
