any body got some good xvxperiences with this stuff??? I made this MAGICAL mac and "cheese" yesterday... changed my friggin life!!

got my carnivorous inlaws into it too.. this stuff is crazy!

I discovered it a the local Whole Foods and used it on a burrito I was making for lunch. It was good, but overpowered by the beans I was using. I'll probably be using it again soon. I was just impressed that it stretched out.

I like this brand the best out of what i've tried. It actually melts, and has a good flavor.
