Breaking the edge

I Got question that has been in my mind for while. Already know the answer myself, but just wanted to hear other peoples opinions about it.

So, as a sXe is it ok to Host Parties that involve drugs, alchohol or smoking? Or being involved getting drinks for teenagers or smokes, when their under 18. Or any sort of involvement with Drugs like selling it or Being bartender. Does that neccessarily break the edge?

I have the question why someone would claim to be straight edge but then be directly responsible for providing people with something they're supposed to be against.

Pretty much what xsecx said, to me if you're against something I can't understand why you would contribute to something you are supposed to be against.

Whats the point in taking a stand if you're just going to enable others? To me that makes the stand a person takes by being edge totally meaningless.
