the whole situation seems awful.

we're expecting some waves in certain beaches. they say it'll arrive about 23:45. we're on the lookout for what happens.

This whole thing is crazy. Apparently it was the 6th strongest earthquake ever recorded. The entire US west coast, plus British Columbia here in Canada are on tsunami watches.
