back in the early 90s 3 kids were charged with the murder of a couple of kids. It's been long believed by most people that they were railroaded because they listened to metal and had long hair. They were called satanist and with no real evidence convicted of murder and one was given the death sentence.
they walked free today, after a weird guilty plea. I'm glad they're free but now I'm annoyed that there does not appear to be any attempt to find the real killer/killers.

i'm glad they're free, wish it could have been earlier though.
how likely would it be for them to find the real ones?

normally they would, but in this case they won't, because the people involved suck.

Ignorance is pretty dangerous for sure. So doesn't this weird guilty plea pretty much ammount to them not being able to do anything about the 18 years of their life they have had taken from them? I am glad they have walked free but the fact they have to plead guilty to do so seemingly because no one wants to take responsibility for screwing up leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Reminds me of a story on NPR that told how a man was mistakenly convicted for half of his life because of wrong autopsy. They noticed and fixed their errors after a long time, eventually released the man but hey HALF of his life utterly destroyed, no compensations offered whatsoever. It's just crazy if you think about it.
