what to do with old skateboards???

My son has somewhere around 20 old decks lying around... I was gonna make a couple shelves for his room with them and maybe a shoe rack... what are some other/favorite projects that I could do with old decks??

Racks, like the shoe rack. A cd rack or other stuff? Or just hang some on his wall (of they're still in good shape and they have a nice graphic).

I made sculptures out of a load at art school. Failing that give them to less well off kids at the skatepark who are riding some soggy old plank of wood with as much pop as a squashed banana.
