Wed and Sat:

ZOMBIE THREAT REAL?
I’m putting together an outing for the Dawn of the Dead
This zombies’ night out thing has snowballed, due to the Internet.
At first it was just the band.
Frankly, I don’t know how many “undead” will show - it could be in the triple digits.
My offer to give money to anyone who shows up chewing on some raw guts is still valid.
Many people besides Punx have become involved.
It just shows that a good idea is catchy.

Out target is now Wed night 3/24, in the Union Square area of Manhattan.
We’ll assemble, see “Dawn of the Dead” – then, I don’t know what.
We’re still working on it – including getting a group discount.
So put on your makeup, ghoul it up – Wed is our night to scare the hell out of many many people.
Can you imagine a horde of zombies creepin and crawlin, seeing “Dawn of the dead”, then on to more antics?
If someone happens to die from a heart attack, eating the corpse will not be considered out of line.
But if any zombie actually violently attacks someone, that may be pushing it.

Al from Eyes of Hate is helping out, and whenever that happens I know I’m doing something right.
There have been several other developments:
The producer of a zombie production will be there, he says;
“If any of you Zombies are actors or want to be please contact me before Halloween this year because I wrote "The Night of the Living Dead" (the Musical) It had its NYC debut last year off Broadway and it was very successful. It ran two years in Detroit before coming here.”
Yeah it’s a musical but maybe there’s some Punk in it.
He’s your chance to be a zombie on stage!

Chris Blair; well known GWB hater and Internet quasi-genius has created a web page
http://www.sneakyjesus.com/zombiesneedlovetoo/ and is playing a large behind the scenes role.

We’ll have our own video but media may show up to so make sure to wear extra blood.

Wednesday also happens to be International Horror Movie Day.
Don’t stay home and make a mockery of it.

Email me, because a headcount might be necessary in securing a discount.

STATUS QUO NO SHOW TO PLAY THE PUNK OLYMPICS
http://www.easternthreatrecords.8k.com/
We were going to play CBs a while ago but Izzy Gomez said to forget it because we were gonna get in on this show.
I’m not going into my story; suffice it to say that playing CBGBs is a dream come true.
Back in the 80s, I used to be the drunk sleeping on the sidewalk out front of 315 Bowery, or going to the hotel upstairs to cop.
Now I’m finally taking the stage for something other than to jump off it.

Anything is possible – if you do what it takes.

The Punk Olympics is a great 2-day show and SQNS is privileged to play.
I’ve heard people grumbling about the price.
Hey, this is CBGBs and this is the Punk Olympics.
Get a job or ask Mommy for a bigger allowance.
It’s $15 for 10 quality bands in the birthplace of Punk.
We’re going on Sat 3/27 at 5:15 sharp.
There will be producers filming for 2 separate films that the band is appearing in, so be sure to wear your underwear under your pants this time.
The sets are short so please come early, we ain’t no emo band but I just might cry for this one.
Then, punch you GG Allin style (that’s right “Bite it you scum” is still in our set list).
That would be a sight.
Blood and tears, fuck yeah!

BTW, it looks like Antonio from Eyes of Hate will be filling in on 6-string duty.
This is not to be missed.

Come early and see a dream happen.
Damn… I like that.
