    For me, the Dark Crystal and Gremlins have to be my favorite movies from the 80's even though theres a bunch more I really love those two got me through my childhood and The Dark Crystal is just my favorite movie of all time period.

    Well it was actually the first 80's movie mentioned in the thread so it only required looking at the second post!! I was watching akira the other day...now that is awesome still for 1988!

    Labrynth was an awesome movie. I used to have friend that reminded me of that big orange thing that said "rocks friends".

    Less Than Zero(based off of the book), it's very sad :(
    I also luv Ferris Bueller's Day Off and The Breakfast Club, Back To School, the list goes on, I luv the 80's so much and especially the music and the films.
